My reasons for living ~

After reading the postings of my daughters, thinking about my afternoon snuggle and talks with my son, and opening my eyes each morning to the love of my life, it is easy to understand why I'm going to fight this horrible disease to the bitter end. I am the lucky one. I've been given a heads up to remember to live life to its fullest. And that my friends, I intend to do :)

Dear Doreen and family:

I've always told my kids that many people will come and go, but family is the only constant. Many people do not have the close family that you do. What would they do for support, love, and understanding? I hope more people who travel with you on your journey are inspired to reconnect with their families or strengthen those bonds. Thanks for your heads up so everyone can appreciate and strengthen those ties.
